Getting There

This is how to get to infernal lands if you do NOT have teleport charges. This path does take some time and is not recommended if you are planning to hunt here. Just purchase teleport charges from Pumin (2 orbs for 150 charges).

Right click the stone at the end of the hallway with a Demonic Essence in your pocket.

Next you have a couple options, but your best bet is to check out the Elemental Refuge to the north-west on the ground floor. The two NPCs listed below are highlighted in yellow circles.

Infernal Commendations

What are Infernal Commendations? What are they used for? Infernal Commendations are a type of currency earned through tasks you can complete in Infernal Lands. You can use Infernal Commendations for a variety of things from the Elemental Artificer

Reward	Cost	Effect
Vampirism	2 Commendations	Imbues your weapon with 5000 charges of Vampirism, which gives you a chance on every charge to steal health from the target.
Impact	2 Commendations	Imbues your weapon with 5000 charges of Impact, which gives you a chance on every charge to deal extra damage to your target.
Fire-Walking Buff	2 Commendations	Imbues your character with a buff that lasts FIVE deaths. This buff allows you to walk on lava where applicable and gives you access to new areas of Infernal Lands.
Fire Stones	10 Commendations	This is a permanent unlock for Infernal Lands that gives you access to another region of Infernal Lands.
Collapser Tredders	13 Commendations	These boots give Arm:10, speed +40. Furthermore, they give 800 mana per 4s and 600 health per 4s. They give a permanent Fire Walking buff.

PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT STACK THESE CHARGES, YOU WILL LOSE ALL CURRENT CHARGES IF BUYING AGAIN!

Tasks

Infernal Commendations can be earned through the Elemental Taskmaster at the Elemental Refuge.
By saying the word 'task' when you're engaging with it, you will get one of 4 tasks. Completing one task rewards you with one Infernal Commendation.

30 Infernal Cores	Kill 30 Infernal monsters (Infernal Hound, Infernal Blaze, Infernal Trickster)

Infernal land monsters are available in custom house spawns, hunting them in custom spawns is going to be easier than hunting them in the infernal lands, that being said it is still a great area to hunt and explore.

50 Demonic Essences

50 Demonic Essences is the easiest task. You simply hand in 50 D.E. and you get an Infernal Commendation.
Demonic Essences are not looted in infernal lands, good places to get them would be Ravenous Zombies, Pirate Ghosts, Hellmaw Cultists or Fishing.

150 Mud Wasps

The best place to farm this task in the beginning the mud wasps on the main floor, and the 2 mud wasps directly down the hole to the south-east of the protection zone. (see the circled area)

Once you have completed the Collapser Tredders Quest you now have access to a massive wasp spawn area, which will make this now the easiest task!

Head over to the mountain to the right, and down the hole on the other side. Here there is a spawn of about 40 wasps!!

200 Bovine Grunts

Bovine Grunts are everywhere in infernal lands, making this task pretty easy to do. However there is an area best suited for hunting them

This area has a very high concentration of Bovine Grunts and is easily the BEST PLACE IN INFERNAL LANDS to complete your task.

30 Infernal Cores

30 Infernal Cores is the most difficult task, as they are the deepest in infernal lands. There is a "easier" spot for lower levels which is less risky, and a better spot for higher levels where there is a larger amount of infernal Monsters.
Follow the same path from bovine grunts, then head to this hole.

The entrance is the best spot to stay for new players, infernal monsters spawn at location 1,2 and 3. there is only about 4-5 of them and you will have to wait for them to respawn, but it is worth in considering how hard it is to get here.
While there are infernal monsters all over this floor, follow the path in the 2nd map picture to a more difficult floor with more infernal monsters. 6500+ recommended
