1. You see a Kelvarian legs 
(Arm:13, speed +10). It reduces all damage taken by 2%.
Getting to the Quest
Head north east of temple to Green Mile.

Here you will find the boss (Goburin Shaman) he summons some Enthralled Goburins so kill him first.
Congratulations you have completed the quest and have found a Kelvarian Legs.
